Requiring statement - shocking service

<p>I am in need of a statement for my home loan that includes the months March 2015 - Feb 2016. This is simply impossible to get - after various emails up and down, i still only receive various scattered statements and still lack the whole period between Nov 2015 and Feb 2016. The more i email and request, the more i receive the exact same docs. This cannot be that difficult. I'm not getting this service and home loan for free - i pay for it and thus expect decent service. </p>
