Requesting bank statement

I went to the lakeside mall branch to request for my bank statement from Dec 2020 to Jan 2022. They advised they couldn't assist me and they would contact me back during this week.

I am unable to download my bank statement on my app from the beginning of the period I need.

Please urgently email me my bank statement from Dec 2020 to Jan 2022.
