Requesting assistance on Home Loan is POINTLESS

I only seen the email response yesterday as it ended up in spam after requesting assistance on my home loan and emailing the CEO. I have informed several agents from easysell to continue marketing the property. I have 4 viewings over the weekend and one is returning with her husband today. I do have a further 3 viewings on Thursday. I was really hoping that you will not transfer my account to the attorneys as it is very difficult to sell while being threatened to have the property repossessed. As you can see the property is in demand as it has a lot to offer. If the bank,is planning to repossess it then I should not even be putting in effort to keep it presentable. It sad that even though I gave so many years to the bank and was diagnosed while working for them, having to travel into Africa several times, the bank is refusing my request. When I was working there and got diagnosed my manager , Ariana Swanepoel tried to get me fired for taking so much sick leave when hospitalised for 4 months and today im medically boarded and this is the response I get.

But in any case, let me stop asking for assistance from the bank because I really thought by messaging the CEO is would make a difference, I was so wrong.
