Requested roadside assistance

After being involved in an accident I called the STD bank insurance call center and I was promised a call back in 10-15 minutes regards to getting a tow vehicle to assist me. However this call back did not happen and when I called in four days later to find out what happened and express my complaint I was told \As you do have a name I cannot assist you in finding out who this\" . It was a horrible experience being stranded with no assistance.<br> "
