Request to FICA
On the 26th of February I received an sms from Standard Bank saying I must present documentation for FICA on my savings account (I've been banking with them for 15years +). If I fail to do so, they will close my account within 10 days. Not once have they followed up whether I received the <br> message or not so how would they know whether I am aware of this? (I have children who use my phone) On 9 March when I tried to withdraw money
