Request to cancel requested old statements

Friday, 12 February at 9;00 I went to Standard Bank Church Square to request if they can cancel my requested old statements due to the fact it took to long to receive the statements and I no longer needed it.<br> The guy at the customer care desk checked on the system and it showed that the request is not finalized yet. His supervisor will phone their Head Office and find out if they can still cancel my request for the statements. He promised me that his supervisor will phone me back during the course of the day. Until now, no one from Standard Bank phoned me.<br> In the past I also had problems at this specific branch but never thought to complain about it. It showed me now that they don't give good sevice to their customers
