please refer to hello peter complaint ref ***/ and standard bank complaint Ref ***, my uncles card was retained by the ATM and my uncle contacted the and the consultant promised to be send a refference number via sms of which he did not receive the sms. so now the bank wants to close the complaint but my uncle is not satisfied with the response, my uncle needs telephone recordings from cellphone *** and *** on 22 AUGUST 2015, between 18h00 -18h21 as both phones were used to report the card. . Records from the ATM custodian of the cards that were found on the ATM after the 22 August 2015.
