Request for Payment holiday

I have sent my request to standard bank debt relief department with a request for 3 months payment holiday due to covid-19. I have sent a letter from my employer stipulating that my salary will be cut to 50% for April month, one of your consultant rep**** to me that they can look at reduced installment and this is based on proof of income. Firstly my company is currently closed, so a proof of payment standard bank is looking for I guess is the salary that will come through my payday because I mean where will I get proof of income. I am writing to hello peter with a huge disappointment from standard bank. I have a credit card and overdraft with them for some years now and I have never fell behind with monthly installments. Now with the current situation the country and world is facing they deny me a 3 months holiday with no reasoning or whatsoever. I am patiently waiting for your reply and reasons as to why payment holiday cannot be granted
