Request for OTP in change not done
I submitted request to have my OTP pin changed to my personal email before I left SA on the 05 December 2019 at the OR Tambo international airport, and was told that it would be updated within 24hours. It's been 5 days and I'm now stuck in Dubai without being able to do internet banking because this request wasn't processed. I am extremely upset at the poor service and how this is inconveniencing me in a Foreign country. I've emailed and been told I would get a response within 48 hours which is even more ridiculous, as a customer for years with Standard Bank I'm appalled at this service as it is ONLY making my life difficult, and I don't have access to roaming.FIX THIS!

Please note that the email address for your manager came back undeliverable.
Secondly, I would like to lodge a formal complaint about the inconvenience this has caused whilst I'm away from home.
I also hope that there is a copy of the call I made today and how long I had to wait on the line and will hold Standard Bank responsible for the costs, as this call was COMPLETELY unnecessary, as I initially needed this done on the 05 December 2019 at the OR Tambo international branch.
As I explained before to you on the phone, I am in Dubai and Cannot use my internet banking because my OTP pin functionality has been disabled. I need the OTP pin to be sent to this email address as I do not have roaming.
Extremely annoyed.
