Request for Better paying option to accommodate my current financial status

Standard is financing my car.I had financial challenges for the past months.I was on error with an amount of +-R7000 which I begged that I pay in three installments.Last month i paid R2200 with then R3000 for car installment.The unfortunate part is that I even this month I can still afford to pay R2200 and the car installment but the collection agent doesn't want to hear my story other they will take the car.She wants the full error amount to be paid in ASAP.May I be assisted with a better payment option,I did not disagree on paying but I can only afford what I can afford at the current moment.
