Repurchase of stanlib account

It's Mr Gokul Durgapersad on the 26th of October 2019 I went to the standard Bank in gateway to do a repurchase on my stanlib account for 6000 and the consultant said that the money will be in my cheque account by the 29th of October on the 1st of November I checked my bank account and for the transfer and couldn't find it I then called the call center to query they could not find the transaction either I then went to the standard bank in gateway to query I spoke to the team leader called Lolly who tried to locate my application and couldn't locate it she said she cannot access the consultant email no I had a private loan to pay off today or I have to pay another 2000 rand interest the best Lolly could do was the manager will call me back on Monday and the call center agent promised to call me back at 2pm today 2nd of November I'm still waiting
