Repossessed my car
They repossessed my car without any of This using 2019 letter.
Letter Was Served As A Letter Of Notice.
Our Grievance Is That Proper Repossession Procedures Weren't Taken. •Lender Didn't Inform Us About Arrears •No Negotiations Were Made To Settle The Outstanding Balance •No Court Order Was Served For Hearing •Only Notice Letter Was Served
