REPOSESSION AGAINST MY VEHICLE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDG

Standard bank Kingsmead obtained a warrant of delivery against my car without my knowledge. they issued summons to an unknown person at my old residence when they were aware of my current physical address to which I have proof. I have paid to date R14100 between January and March 2015, and they cancelled the contract at the end of February and says they have done it legally. how can I defend a summons I have never received, and this was done at a high court in PMB when I reside in Durban. not onc was I contacted by the Legal dept of Standard bank VAF nd when I request for proof, the attorney says they only have discussions which is not on correspondence. their resolution unit was supposed to get back to me by today (18/03)to which I am still awaiting. I was told to pay the full amount of the vehicle by today and they are not willing to pend the matter, I have paid more than R55000 on my vehicle which is now sitting in a current status and in credit cause I paid more than what was due, and I even opted to do a debit order to which they just ignore. totally upset and disgusted by the way this was done. my rights as a consumer was violated and I will ensure this is brought to justice
