reporting to fsb

Where to start to say how disappointment iam in standerbank , I moved there after a long time with fnb , and I read how good stander bank is I took the plunge , since day one I opened my savings account every time I went the I been sold a chue account , the iam very impressed , then all of a sudden R 2300 went of my account and the manager of the Irene branch told me it must be ***** she is stopping my card so I was so shooed up and went to Brooklyn branch to sort this out after a wile there the guy Leon saw it was a credit card I had many year ago ,before I was sequestrated , they just took the money without any notice or call , so he lock the query with the useless call center , and they told me my money will be back in my account on the 3/8/2015 , so the 3rd came and no R 2300 , so I called the call center and been send to pillar to post and back and no luck I still don't have answer or a refund , a hour later I just lost it , so I want my refund today , what happened to tcf I will report this matter to the fsb , please train your call cent staff thy useless .
