repeat offence

i submitted a complaint about standard bank over a week ago and i still havent received feedback on my application and my next stop will have to be with the ombudsmen.<br> it seems in this bad economy, standard bank can afford to loose 3 good client and reputational damage by word of mouth.if my application is not finalized by close of business Friday.i will have to take this up with the ombuds and also let the other banks take over this bond.
