Remove my name from credit bureau

Standard bank handed me to the attorneys yet I ddnt owe them they told me I ddnt close the loan account which made no sense to me okay I paid those attorneys guess what 3months later was handed over to other attorneys for what I still don't knw yet on the system they can see my payments okay I payed again till today em still listed on credit bureau so I dnt understand what really is needed from me by this company they dnt want wth my payed up later they dnt want to clear my name also so what really needs to be done. Been in and out the branch they can't assist they clueless from one pillar to another they dnt understand their own system I mean they can see my payments all of them but don't understand also how em I getting calls from attorneys and all like it's really frustrating.
