Removal of Surety on home loan.
I have been trying to get get myself removed as surety of my ex-husbands home loan. He has also been trying to assist as I want to buy a house myself and cannot be surety on another home. It started in Oct/Nov 2020. Only the end of January do they request a letter from me, even though we were trying for months to find out what is required. Its now almost 4 months later and they told us that they havent reviewed the request as yet. This is absolutely terrible service. I just want my name cleared in order to pursue my dream of buying a house myself.
