Removal of name on ITC not done

Hi<br> Once again i have to complain. In December last year, i made payments for a mastercard account that i had as well as my bluebean account was paid up. i was told that my name will be removed off ITC. Well guess what this still hasnt been done. It is affecting my credit score,. That is the problem with the employees of Standard Bank, there is no follow up and they are so useless. i demand that my name be removed today. i only wonder how long it will take for a consultant to contact me
