Reliable
I have banked with Standard for more than 30 years and find them very reliable. I like the banking app on my phone and find it easy to transfer funds between accounts and invest in fixed deposits and moneymarket. The website and atms are almost always up. One thing i dont like is the reduction in branches and atms. Easy to link to other accounts, get electronic statements and more
