Releasing my money

I have 2 savings accounts with Standard bank. I had a payment made into one of my accounts and I was going to pay my monthly expenses with it (car payment, car insurance, accommodation, medical aid etc). I go the bank on the 2nd of April so that they can increase my online transacting limit which they have set at R0. A consultant tells me they can only release MY money on the 15th of April. In the meantime what am I supposed to do? I am pregnant and could give birth at any time and my medical aid has been suspended due to non payment. Where will I get the money to cover all my expenses? What if I get into a car accident and I didn't pay my car insurance? What am I supposed to say to my landlord who I was supposed to pay latest the 3rd? If give birth now where will I take my child to because the landlord has given me until today to make payment? I heard people complain about this bank and now I see what all those people meant. I just want my money so I can go to a bank that takes people's wellbeing into consideration. I just want my mother urgently so I can pay my medical aid and rent. As soon as they release my money I am moving banks. I cant take this anymore
