Release of home Loan documents

I had a home Loan approved 2 years back, the land was transferred into my name but the building of the house never materialised. I have since hired new builders now they cant build because they cant register the project with NHRBC because the old contractors project is not cancelled there. In order to cancel it they need the Original NHRBC Enrollment which is held by the bank. I have been asking for it for the past 5 months without any luck!!!!! Please bring it so I can build my house! <br> <br> THEY ARE DOING THIS SO THAT I CAN PAY MORE INTEREST. MONEY MAKING SCHEEM... SIES.
