Regular ATM Downtime - No Response to Complaints

23/05/2015 - Clearwater 'Autobank' Terminal out of paper during working hours - Brought to the attention of Enquiries Clerk told \they had just taken over ATM's and would address". Returned about an Hour later not resolved. Drove to Cradlestone to use Terminals there.<br> 30/05/2015 - Clearwater Autobank again out of paper in hours - Brought to attention of Enquiries Clerk and told Terminal is faulty and Enquiries staff are abused as a result. Returned later but still faulty. Again drove to Cradlestone.<br> 06/06/2015 - Clearwater Autobank out of paper again in hours. Not reported to Branch. Drove to Cradlestone.<br> 27/06/2015 - Drove straight to Cradlestone out of Bank hours. ATM's off apparently due to load shedding. Drove to Clearwater"
