Regarding my claim

Good day ,3 weeks ago I logged a claim at standard bank, about the damage of my wall due to flood,then a builder came to check the damage Nd also took pictures .Now when I call in they are taking me to pillar to post , putting me on hold for more than 20 minutes.And now my family is not safe cause now ********* can come inside the yard.
