Refusing to open an account for me.

<p> I went to standard bank Library Gardens in Johannesburg to open an account, the sales connsultant at the branch later told me that standard bank is unable to help because the system picked up that there is something wrong with my id, i then provided the sales consultant a letter from the (SAFPS) South African ***** Prevention Services stating that i once lost my ID document in 2012 and i registered with them folling an advice from Absa and Shamwari. It is very surprising that they are refusing to open an account using my id but they pre-aproved my bond 100 percent. This is the second incident following the bad service we received from Stanger branch in KZN two months ago.</p>
