Refusing to close my cheque account
Finally closing my last account with STD bank, my balance is zero on my cheque account but they want me to pay more money. They do not want to tell me what the money is for, they just keep saying I must pay more money on my zero balance account to get it closed. It want the account closed and be RID of this poor service bank
