REFUSING TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT AFTER MONTHS OF ASKING

STANDARD BANK STOP IT, THIS IS GETTING OUT OF LINE.

Could you please advise why this account is piling up with interests after I have advised you that I don't need it anymore, I am not using it I can't afford this account????? Please cancel it and stop trying to make money our of somebody who doesn't have. I SEE FUNNY FEES ACCUMULATING, SINCE WHEN DID I HAVE AN OVERDRAFT??? I DONT EVEN QUALIFY FOR IT AS IM UNDER DEBT REVIEW, JUST CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT OF YOURS. I was told to phone, I did, I was told to send an email, I did, now Msimango, Nolothando is telling me that I need to pay around R3500, for an account that i'm using??????????? supposed to be closed, is this how you make money out of poor people.
