Refused to open a bussiness account whiles i have a savings account with them

<p>I have been banking with this bank but however when i requested them to open a bussiness account they refused because i do not have proof of residance. But thier bank statement has my most recent address. I feel unimportant if i desperately want that account i had to go back home and fetch my sick mom to sign thier documents to proof that i am living with her. And to think that i also wanted to get some form of investment or savings plan with this institution</p>
