REFUSED TO HELP

I actully tried to purchase a vehicle on the [URL Removed] website this vehicle was listed as a Standard bank repossessed asset i called the bank and was give the run around to contact [URL Removed] which i did and they advised i have to wait for the auction date and this was about a month ago. I just visited the [URL Removed] website and the is a SALE IN PROGRESS , how is this possible when i was declined to purchase this vehicle. This is the reference no. MC36342
