Refused Statement which includes home address

My partner needs FICA documents for Vehicle Licensing department. They said she can bring bank statement. Having moved recently she needed to change address at bank. I provided a police certified cohabitation agreement saying she co-owns the address she lives in with me.<br> The bank said they cannot give her a statement which includes her residential address. <br> I phoned customer care and they confirmed this.<br> I raised this on twitter to which the bank responded asking it she receives accounts by email, perhaps implying that some statements DO have home address. I responded asking that they contact me directly because discussing this on twitter messages is unproductive.<br> They said they would phone me 90 minutes ago. Heard nothing despite my repeated twitter direct messages.<br> This is the last straw. My partner will be moving banks as soon as she can do so.<br>
