Refused A Refund by Standard Bank and Macrobert Attorneys Ref AC053545

<p>I have alerted Macrobert Attorneys via emails since 29 March 2016,&nbsp; 01, 26, 28&nbsp;Apri 2016l after realising that I have over paid my debt account&nbsp;that was managed by Macroebert&nbsp;on behalf of Standard bank. Wilma Booysens was the last person whom I was reffered to&nbsp;at Macrobert Attorneys&nbsp; to&nbsp;assist me regarding the refund. She informed me that&nbsp;a file on me had been closed and there is nothing that&nbsp;she can assist me further with but that I must contact Standard Bank for the matter.&nbsp;She however undertook to investigate and&nbsp;report back to me. She has not yet responded and &nbsp;I am still awaiting the refund till today.</p>
