Refusal with post sale letter

I am writting this out of frustration. My vehicle was repossesed because of retrenchment. It was taken December 2022. Since then there has never been any communication from standard bank. This has dealt me a harsh blow because it reflect on my credit record. I reached out to standard bank and i was told the vehicle was auctioned september 2023 and i have been told Brenda or Thandi at post sales have my account. I have called these ladies atleast 5 times everyday no response, i have emailed no response. My life is at a standstill because of a bank i have been loyal to. J took a bond 2018 and paid it off within 2yrs and currently on the second bond with them. I dont even know who to contact anymore they are refusing with information i am privy to. I want to make payment arrangements and clear my credit record, they are refusing and the account is gathering interest even on legal fees. What must i do to get an answer from standard bank??? They are big bullies who have no intention of helping people better thier lives. I am heartbroken my life has come to a halt and i should wait for this bank to decide my fate lord knowz when. Cant they answer emails or pick up the phone? The amount of airtime i use just to be moved from pillar to post. Standard bank employees are demi gods. They only help when it suits them
