Refusal to reverse admin fee after cancelling credit card

<p>After calling Standard Bank to get a settlement amount to cancel my credit card. I transferred the said amount. On the 1st of the following month the credit card was charged with finance and admin fees!! and now they refuse to reverse the fees and close my credit card!!</p>
