Refusal to refund money

My son tried to buy the house we are currently staying in which used to belong to my Husband. He paid the deposit of R320,000.00(three hundred and twenty Thousand Rands) I also paid in R 1,000,000 (one million Rands) towards the purchase to help him, with the view that he will raise the balance of the money as a bond to purchase the house. He unfortunately could not get the bond. Then I approached my lawyer to get the bank to refund us our money back. The bank's lawyers proposed that I should sign an agreement that I will vacate the house after three months after they have refunded me. it was in November 2015 when the ban's lawyers said I should sign the agreement which they were going to draft. three months later the banks lawyers have not prepared the agreement for me to sign and this means my money has not been paid back. I am therefore not able to make any offers to purchase alternative properties that i have been looking at. <br> My fear is that the bank is deliberately holding on to my money because they are continuing to deduct occupational rent. This is clearly done in bad faith because they do not deliver documents to my lawyer for me to sign.
