Refusal to issue statement

I have phone standard Bank three times to get statements and they still refuse to give it to me even though I have got all the information that they required me to get. I even get interrogated to why I need them and when telling them why (which it is irrelevant and none of their business) I get told that it's I don't need them and so on. I have even written to the complaints department and just get ignored. I am going to the ombudsman now as well.
