Refusal to exchange money note
My R200 was accidentally torn apart from a washing machine. I took it to Standard Bank Chris Hani Mall to try to exchange it since Standard Bank is the only one with Bank Tellers inside. The security guy on the door refused me to enter and told that the branch exchange damaged money that comes from their ATM machine only. Can Standard Bank please let us know if this is true or not.
