Refusal to deliver my bank card.

This bank is beyond useless. They allowed me to get ****med and I had no choice but to stop my card. I've been waiting for forever for their chosen courier company to deliver bit to no avail. This DSV courier company keeps calling me to make arrangements but never deliver my card. I had to make cash sends, transfer money into my children's accounts just to get bu because my card is missing in action. This bank needs to calculate the amount of charges linked to all these transactions and reimburse me. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. As I said, beyond useless. To top it all of, they informed me that I will be charged a fee if I go to the branch to fetch my card and that the useless courier company is their preferred company. Had it not been for certain issues, I would have changed this bank a long time ago. Useless, useless, useless.
