refunds

i am still awaiting a refund of 7296.42 that was taken from my account lastweek thursday.I have sent many emails to [Email Removed] requesting my refund to be processed ASAP as i have been stranded without funds since lastweek thursday , on my last call i was told my refund is in the queue and will be sorted out but this is not good enough! if the money is quick to be taken out its shoudl be put back just as fast! iw ill not accept a 72 hour turn around time as this is just not acceptable! this is the 2nd time in 3 months that this has has happened and to be honets this is not what one would expect from a bank that you have been banking with for over 15 years! I would like someone to call me back and get this issue sorted out for me TODAY!!!
