We paid R7500 extra into my vehicle finance with VAF. I have been given the run arounds since last year. Shonge the agent dealing with the request even closed it without ever calling me. I would like the money to urgently get refunded. We have escalated the call so many times. Can they just refund

My mom went to the branch and this girl had the nerve to ask my mom how much does she think her refund should be? And when she said R7000 she said no that’s impossible!!! How do you guys run your organisations really. It’s honestly shocking. I am very irrate and this point and just want the R7505 deposited into the communicated Capitec account urgently. Noma
