Refund Reaquest

The query below was sent 6 days ago and still no feedback to date.

Let me rephrase myself.

According to my knowledge I finished paying the this loan in February 2020.

I picked up amounts of R 55.00 being debited from my account since end of March 2020 To date.

I contacted your call center on the 27 July 2020 and discovered that I am being charged for a loan that was supposed to be closed in February 2020.

I would like to be refunded the monies that were debited from my account from March 2020 to date including all the chatges as It was confirmed to me that this account is closed as I thought.

I was advised to go to the nearest branch but I can't as it is closed due to a COVID 19 case.

While we at it there's another R 86.00 going off my account on the last day of the month which I was informed it goes together with this loan so that should anything happen to me it will assist my family.

I would like to know why is it still being debited as the loan is settled?

By the way I tried going in to your Midrand brach but the service is too slow and I don't have the whole day hence I used this platform which I am not getting a response.

Please direct my query to the relevant person that can assist me if this is the incorrect department.

Or Should I rather escalate this matter further?
