Refund pending for over 3 weeks

<p>On the 6th April 2017 I made an eft from my FNB account to Capitec but instead by mistake clicked on my Standard Bank Home loan Account which was closed in 2014. In panick that my money was in the wrong account I called Standard Bank to try and reverse the monies but instead didn't pass the Security questions asked, I then went to Sandton Branch and indeed they confirmed for me that the Home Loan account was closed and they asssured me that it will take 3 days for the monies to be rervesed, of which i didn't have a problem. However 3 days went by and there was no money reversed back into my account. I then went to Northgate Branch and was assisted by a gentlemen Lucky Tshabalala who called Home Loans and they instructed him that that I needed to write a letter requesting my refund and proof of the transaction was sent ********** and when he asked how long that will take they advised him it will take 4 day for the refund to be paid, I waited again, bearing in mind that this was my savings R4000.00 that I didn't have and a single mom who needed every cent of this money, I waited again and bearing in mind that this was now during the Easter period with no food no money. Still nothing happened, I went back to the branch again to the same guy and he called at the call centre and was told that yes they see the amount however its with recoveries department, we sent an email to recoveries on the 22 April 2017 and still nothing, I am really upset and all i want is for my money to be paid back into my account asap as I am not waiting anymore longer, I think it's very unfair that this is happening and want it resolved.</p> <p> </p>
