Refund on Loan

I have a loan with Standard Bank and I had a very bad experience and service from their Legal team. I did not make payments for my loan on the month of November and I was aware of that, then in December month they double debited me for both months (Nov. &Dec).

In January I find out that Standard Bank took me to MBD Incorporate, for what reasond I did not know, then MBD debited my account in January I had no problem as they handed me over, thought itv worried me how can they take my name to MBD if I only did not pay my loan for 1(One) month.

In February Standard Bank debited my account and MBD Incorporate debited my accaunt as well, I didn't understand what was happening, I called Standard Bank to ask why am I being debited by MBD and them at the same time as I should only have one debity. Their answer to me was "MBD did not make any payments to them on my behalf as I say MBD debited me". I then asked if they took my name to MBD and they dod not make any communication with them how is that my fault because now they are taking my own money, they asked me to call MBD and asked them to send Standard Bank a letter saying they have debited my account so standard bank should pay me back. I do so and I was refunded.

In the month of March I was debited bey both the bank and MBD, I calledm Standard Bank and they give me different answers to my question of who should communicate with MBD because I did not take my name to them and I did not give MBD my banking details as I know my contract is with Standard BAnk. I asked for a refund as when they check my personal bank statement they see I was double debited. When I called back they told me there will be no refund made to me because my loan statement with them shows them that I was only debited once.

I asked them to talk to MBD for a refund, and I was told that its not their problem that MBD is debiting me, I should be the one to call MBD and using my own phone. When I try calling MBD as I desperately want my money their phones just rings.

I am so mad at Standard Bank and I'm thinking to change bank now as I got poor service from their call centers and they haven;t refunded my money. Now they are lying that they did not give my personal details to MBD, and my question is "how did MBD knew that I missed a debit at Standard Bank and how did they get my ID number and account numbers if Standard Bank claims that they did not give my details to the".
