Refund of money deposited in a closed account

I went to the standard bank branch in Randburg, as I needed assistance with a refund of money that was transferred into an account I had closed because the money paid to standard bank had not been reversed back into the player's account.

The consultant that attended to my query made me wait for 30 minutes, while she tried to figure out which department would assist with my query, after 30 minutes of no success she requested to take down my contact details and promised to call me back once she has found out which department would assist. She never called back until I received a call to rate their service, I couldn't rate the service as I had not been assisted at all. I was informed they would ask the consultant to call me back, she eventually did and all she said was she was still working on my query. It's been a week now and she still hasn't come back to me.

This is one of the many reasons (bad customer services) that lead me to closing my account.
