Standard Bank! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!?? This institution is sitting on money refunded to me by Air bnb. I have had to take time off work to go into a branch to try resolve it, phoned countless call centre agents, written emails with no response. Now Air bnb has closed the query advising me to open a case against the bank. How? If no-one responds?
