refund not refunded, deductions still going om

i had a motor maintenace plan with standard bank, the policy ended, end of april this year. deductions on my account did not stop till todate. i have been incontact with them but not getting any help. i need my R1000 refund, standard bank has lots of money. why is it had for them to refund R1000. they have been earning interest on my money. im not asking for interest earned but what was taken out of my account.<br> i know have to beg them to get a refund, been send emails , calling but no help no refund.
