Refund not happening

A refund was supposed to be done to my credit card. I was promissed that it wiill show and its about 4 weeks now. I was given reference numbers# *** and ***. Standard Bank is full of empty promises. Its easy to debit your account but you have to wait years to be credited. Every keeps on saying they will phone and never do. Their managers are always in meetings chances are talking about how to dodge customers.
