Refund Inquiry

I logged a refund query with the Home Loan & Life Cover Dept and this has been on going since March 2018. I spoke to Koketso last week who promised that the refund will be done on the 10th of April, nothing has happened. I called again today and spoke to Mpho who promised to call me back with feedback from her Team Leader Amanda ato explain the delay and still nothing from them!

Can someone please tll me what's going on there ??
