Refund for theft of monies from your account and they tell you to wait for them to investigate or ask nicely to the ***** whose contact details you won't have to reverse transaction. Pathetic.
Here is what's funny about this bank. People **********ly debit your account, you tell the bank this and that you want funds immediately refunded as it was theft, they tell you to either contact the person/company to ask them to refund amount that said company **********ly debited. Does that even make sense? Who would ***** from you and then pay you back if you ask nicely? Either that, or they will 6 to 15 working days to investigate and then only will they decide whether these ****** funds should be reversed/refunded to you even thoughthey have been ****** from your account. Pathetic bank indeed.

05 Nov 2022, 13:51A standard response which means nothing to me whilst I remain out of pocket. Why should I be the one to wait and not the company that has ****** from me? Immediately reverse these funds back in to my account
