Refund due

Standard banks service is pathetic. My husband is still waiting for a refund for 4 months now and they busy telling him that it's a IT problem???? How can it be a IT problem since February Wow. They quick to take money but they take forever to pay the MOney back. Went to the branch 4 times and when u there they say you must call, I must use my airtime to stay so long on the line and then the consultants still have the nerve to tell you to go into the branch or they can't help you. 4 MONTHS!!!!!!! Its not about the amount it's about customer service. I hope this gets to the right people
