Refund Challenge
I’ve been trying to contact a consultant all morning to query about a Shein refund that was supposed to have cleared approximately 9 days ago. I have received proof from Shein that the refund has been processed so I’d like to find out why there’s been a delay. I also sent an email this morning and still no reply.

I ended up having to go to the bank, I saw a consultant and was assisted there. Although my query was resolved, it was still an inconvenience that I had to go to a branch instead of having it done automatically.
