Refund Asap
I have settled my car in full and in April they debited full amount which you were supposed to debit an outstanding of 449.65 but you debited R3531.79. now I must run around to get my refund can someone do my refund please it's now the 20th no refund but you could debit or should I reverse that debit order ?

what you all about . this can't be closed ..you all seem to be confused and your systems. Now I'm being told my Natis documents will be requested on the 28 May . but Guess what Std bank you have already sent me those documents. Now I need my refund you pull statements that are not making any sense if my account wasn't fully paid I wasn't gonna get my Natis documents. Now I'm saying this for the last time I will go reverse that debit order. if you still fail to help me. I was owing 400+-and you debited full amount . that is why I got my Natis documents while u said reversal will be done

1. How many months was my VAF contract 72 / 74 months ?
2. When I was behind I was called by collection and made an arrangement to pay R2640 on the 06th October 2023 and the 01st November 2023 both payments were made. now after those payments I have never skipped any payments. Can someone pull that statement and proof how many unpaids I had. stop ****ming people..I want all my money I can even send u my bank statement that shows those payments. If I don't get feedback and refund by 14:00 going to reverse that debit order.
